Burt has decades of established senior leadership experience in the biopharma and biotech industry with multiple companies including Biogen and Dyax. Burt also serves as a senior advisor to Novo Ventures. Burt received his MD from Cornell University.

Graham K. Farrington

Graham Farrington

Senior Biologics Technical leader

Graham is a Senior Director of Biologics at Moderna Therapeutics. Prior to Moderna, Graham held leadership roles at Clariant and Biogen with a focus on antibody discovery, protein engineering, therapeutic program development, and cross-functional program team management. He has directed or contributed to the identification and characterization of multiple therapeutic antibodies and fusion proteins that were transitioned into development and clinical trials. Graham received a BSc in Biology from George Mason University and a PhD in Biochemistry from Penn State University.

Mike is the founder of imprenditori and an adjunct teaching professor at the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business. With over 30 years of experience under his belt, Mike is an internationally recognized expert in executive management, direct marketing, database marketing, merchandising, advertising, and strategy. Mike has held executive positions in firms with revenue sizes ranging from $60M to $10B. Mike holds a BA in Business from Loras College and an MBA in Marketing from Bentley University.

Aaron is currently a Senior Scientist at A2 Biotherapeutics. Prior to A2 Therapeutics, Aaron had spent over 20 years specializing in the development of novel antibody discovery technologies during his tenure with Amgen. Aaron holds an MS degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and a BA in Marine Biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Steven Wishner

Steven Wishner is the Managing Partner of Flagg Capital, LLC, a real estate lender, and investment management company. Mr. Wishner is also a member of the General Partnership of OurCrowd International, LLC, a Venture Fund and equity-based crowdfunding platform. Mr. Wishner serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the New England Region of the American Technion Society, which provides support to the Technion Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel, ranked among the world's leading technology universities, and also serves on its National Board of Directors. Additionally, he serves on the Board Directors of AngeLink, a crowdfunding platform, and on the Board of Advisors to Scrub-A-Dub Car Care Centers, the largest business of its kind in New England. He is a past Director of Sevo Nutraceuticals, Remote Video International, and Technical Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: TCCO), as well as of Occupational Health Services, Inc., and is a past Board Advisor to Vanguard Solar. Mr. Wishner holds a BA in Philosophy from Colgate University and received an MBA degree in Corporate Finance from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University. He also holds an Executive Masters Professional Director Level Certification from the American College of Corporate Directors.

Shannon Zollo

Shannon is a partner at Nutter and is the Chair of the firm’s M&A/PE practice group. He advises investor and executive management clients on a wide range of corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, executive compensation, and corporate governance. Clients also frequently rely on Shannon to serve as their outside general counsel. Shannon has a B.Sc. in International Business Administration from Brigham Young University and a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.
